Last month the Ontario government allowed the Ontario Power Authority’s $80 billion nuclear-dominated energy plan to go ahead without requiring approval from the province’s Environmental Assessment Act.

In response to widespread criticism, the government posted a notice on the Environmental Bill of Rights website inviting public comments. 

Tell Ontario's Premier and Minister of the Environment that an environmental assessment is needed for the nuclear energy plan.
