What's meat got to do with it?

You might consider getting a free-range organic turkey this year or dispensing with the bird entirely. That'd really shake things up, especially if you've always cooked a Butterball in the past. You'll have to gauge how your dinner guests will react first.

If you are a carnivore - or have to please a table-full of them at Thanksgiving - at least you can feel a little better knowing that turkey is one of the healthier kinds of meat.
