Cheers Charlottetown

Finally, a chance to get some air. After being cooped up in the bus for hours, me, JC, Eli and our crazy documentary filmmaker Kyle took some good advice (thanks Amanda) and went for a run on arrival. This town is really beautiful, even in winter. Our driver, Mickey, had a challenge getting the bus through the narrow streets, but they are sure fun to run around. Lots of historic neighbourhoods, gorgeous homes and views. Kyle’s a self professed "husky gent" but managed to keep up and get in a good run - although his knees paid for it later.

Thanks to the University of PEI for their warm welcome. Another packed event and a real sense of community. Prince Edward Islanders seem to be keen to continue with a dialogue for change. There's plenty of excitement that doing things differently is more than possible here - it's expected.

And hey, that bridge is something else!
