Eat local?

Well, define "local."

Eating local is an excellent way to ensure your consumer choices help the planet, while supporting farmers in -- or close to -- your community. Farmers' markets are an excellent source of local produce. But things get trickier once you move into the packaged or processed foods aisle at the supermarket. well, I learned something new today, a product only has to be 51% canadian to have that product of Canada label.

those Labels need to be more informative, perhaps they should have those percentages on them.
