All roads lead to Pickering...

All this travel is catching up with Team Suzuki...

Thankfully we arrived in Toronto - a place we'll use as a home base for the next several days as we hopscotch Southern Ontario. (The luxury of sleeping in the same bed two nights in a row has not been lost on our tour team).

In the morning, we headed to the Canadian Club of Toronto, a forum to hear trailblazers in politics, business, social development and the media over a scrumptious lunch. Today's main course: David Suzuki a la mode.

Throughout the tour the Foundation team has been committed to speaking with business people about their responsibility as leaders of Canada's commerce. David often speaks of putting the "eco" back into "economics" and it really begins with the business community.

After lunch in Toronto, we headed to Pickering - widely known for its nuclear power station. Hundreds of dedicated people crammed the Dunbarton High School gymnasium. Nine-year-old twins, Sarah and Rachel Harrison, jumped onstage to deliver their If You Were Prime Minister pledge - check them out online at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aksYxt0pgqw
