Green cheese does not come from the moon. It comes from Wisconsin.

A family-run dairy operation converted from straight-ahead dairy to a cheese factory a few years back. The cows supply the power. How many other farms could adapt and adopt this model? The Wisconsin cheese factory gives a whole new meaning to "green cheese." Can green eggs and ham be far behind?

It's kind of mind boggling how we can sit here and watch the implementation of such a sucessfull,thoughtfull,econically brilliant idea,and have any reason,not to see people lining up to convert to the idea,especially new owners,or start-up farmers.Bravo,for a Great system,and msy it spread
