You've seen the CBC series. You know how important the ocean is for our enjoyment, for our economy, and for our survival on earth. So what can you do to help keep our oceans healthy?

Visit CBC's One Ocean website to make your pledge to protect our oceans. You can commit to any of the following actions:

* Dispose of garbage properly, on land or water.
* Practice and promote recycling.
* Buy locally and purchase organic.
* Watch an ocean documentary.

And there are dozens more. So make your pledge today, and then challenge your friends to make one too.

Then tell us: what have you pledged to do to protect our oceans? Write your answer in the comments field below.
