Tracy Wallace asks: I'm looking for an enviro-friendly car wax. You recommended liquid castile soap for cleaning my car a while ago, and that worked great. Thanks very much! Now I need to wax my car. Are there any products you can recommend or do you have a recipe I can make or do you have any guidance on ingredients to avoid when purchasing a car wax?
Car wax, let's see. I actually asked my husband about this one because he's the car worshiper at my house and he's not an eco-slacker either. The most natural thing you'll find out there is natural Carnauba wax which is made from a palm tree. Find the purest form you can without any harsh chemical additives like color or fragrance. Happy polishing!
