More time in nature for 2013. (Credit Tovah Paglaro)
Eat better. Exercise more. Stay positive. Spend less. All good New Year's resolutions — but I know one that's better.
My resolution for 2013 is to spend more time in nature. I challenge you to do the same.

Forget the fact that it's the green thing to do. You'll actually keep this resolution because it's enjoyable. And you'll also tick off all those other boxes!
Spend less? Check. Nature doesn't cost a thing
Stay positive? Check. All that fresh oxygen and natural goodness — my mood will soar
Exercise more? Check. A given when playing outside
Eat better? Check, check, check. Gardening time counts as nature time, too!
And on that note — Happy New Year! I'm off for a hike with the dog and the kids...
Sincerely,
Tovah Paglaro, The Queen of Green

I grew up experiencing the joy of nature and this is just a wonderful reminder to get out and enjoy it on an everyday basis. The weather as of late has made it really easy! Thank you!
