Saving Salmon
Pacific salmon are an iconic species that connect the land, the water, people and animals of Western Canada. But many salmon populations are in a state of decline and have even reached endangered status. This isn't just a problem for fish, rivers or oceans — losing salmon impacts other animals, ecosystems and our economy. The David Suzuki Foundation is working with many different stakeholders who rely on salmon to find a truly transformative approach to rebuilding salmon for the benefits of us all.
