The David Suzuki Foundation is conducting a first-of-a-kind inventory of toxic ingredients in the personal care products used by Canadians. We need your help.
This simple survey will take about five minutes to complete (for one product).
Before you start, gather one or more personal care products you use daily. You will need to enter information about the ingredients included on the product label.

We're giving away prizes! When you participate in the survey, you will be entered into a draw. You'll have a chance to win a locally, handmade makeup bag or shaving kit full of safer cosmetics OR an autographed copy of one of our favourite titles: Slow Death by Rubber Duck, Not Just a Pretty Face, or Dodging the Toxic Bullet. Every two weeks between April and June we'll select two winners.
