NRCAN EnerGuide Award Winners
Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency lists the most fuel efficient vehicles from 1999 to 2004. Keep in mind that NRCAN lists diesel cars, which have excellent fuel economy, but have higher than average tailpipe emissions:
