For two weeks in October, 2001, former British Columbia Supreme Court Justice Stuart Leggatt held hearings to find out what British Columbians thought about the net-cage salmon farming industry. This report summarizes those hearings and makes recommendations to make the 'floating feedlot' industry more environmentally responsible.
