The Report of David Suzuki's "If YOU Were Prime Minister..." Tour
On February 1, 2007, Dr. David Suzuki embarked on a cross-Canada tour to ask Canadians what they would do if they were Prime Minister. Over the next 30 days, Dr. Suzuki and his team met with over 30,000 Canadians from St. John’s, Newfoundland to Victoria, B.C.
The goal of the “If YOU were Prime Minister...” tour was to listen to Canadians’ environmental concerns and to take those concerns to our federal leaders.
