After working with the Pacific halibut fishery to improve fishing practices for nearly a decade, the David Suzuki Foundation's Scott Wallace got to witness first-hand what is now a well-managed fishery. Skipper David Boyes demonstrates fishing practices for better monitoring and reducing bycatch in his fishery.

Dr. Wallace puts out the challenge to other longline fisheries in Canada and around the world to meet this example of best practices, which helps to support healthier oceans.
