RONA and the David Suzuki Foundation are hosting community tree planting days in the Credit River Watershed, which runs through Mississauga, Brampton, Halton Hills, Erin, Caledon and Orangeville. The planting days will take place during the spring and fall of 2013 in partnership with Credit Valley Conservation. These plantings will help revitalize local communities so we that can enjoy nature for years to come. Check out more information on the 2013 Ontario & Quebec Urban Reforestation Program.
Come out to the June 1st tree planting day at Ray Lawson Valley in Brampton from 9am to Noon and plant native trees and shrubs — no experience necessary. Equipment and planting demonstrations will be provided.

Prepare to get dirty and have some fun! Sign up today and tell your friends.
